Duties of Publishers
● Handling of unethical publishing behaviour
For an article that is in question due to alleged or proven academic misconduct, fraudulent publication or plagiarism, the publishers with the assistance of the editors have to take measures to clarify and amend the article. To curb such circumstances the immediate publication of a corrigendum, clarification or if in
critical circumstances withdrawal of the published work will be conducted. Reasonable steps must be taken by the publisher and PLR team to identify and prevent the publication of papers where academic misconduct has occurred. Encouragement or knowingly allowing such misconduct is strictly prohibited.
● Access to journal content
The publisher must ensure that the scholarly research is permanently available and preserved. They must also certify accessibility by partnering with the organisation and maintaining our digital records.
