Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- The submission is author's original work and is not plagiarised

Copyright Notice
- By submitting the article, the author agrees that the submitted work represents original research material, has not have been published before, nor is under consideration of publication elsewhere.
2. It is the duty of the author to obtain the necessary permissions for extensive quotations, tables, illustrations, or any other copyrighted material they are using in the paper before a paper can be considered for publication.
3. Copyright of the article shall rest with publisher once the article has been accepted and scheduled for publication, it also translates to that once the Copyright Transfer statement has been ACCEPTED by the corresponding author, no change in authorship or in the order of the authors listed on the article would be accepted by Prayagraj Law Review (PLR).
4. By accepting the above-mentioned clauses, the author reassigns the rights of co publishing, or translation, if considered necessary in future, to the publisher.
5. The author understands that the Headings and the Title can be suitably changed keeping in view the content and will not object to the editorial changes undertaken which does not mutilate the view expressed in the paper; or introduced for any clarity, or otherwise done in good faith. In the advent of occurrence any dispute, the matter would be resolved within the jurisdiction of PRAYAGRAJ.
6. The views of the authors published in this journal are personal and not necessarily demonstrate the view of PLR. While all care has been taken to provide accurate and correct information in accordance with the date of publication, PLR does not take any legal responsibility for any unintentional omission or error.
7. The publisher makes no expressed or implied warranty with respect to the information contained herein.
8. The author grants the Journal an irrevocable, exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to publish, reproduce, store, transmit, translate, display and distribute the paper in the Journal or books or in any and all other media. The published material in this journal cannot be photocopied for the following purposes: general distribution, promotion, new works, or resale nor can it be reproduced in digital format or stored in form of electronic databases, video disks, etc. without specific written permission from the PLR.
