Abstract

Analysis of globalization and its effects frequently includes the possibilities of the rule of law in the constitution of India both domestically and globally. The practical and theoretical significance of rule of law analysis has increased in the global age due to efforts by international organizations like the United Nations and the World Bank to enhance laws and legal systems worldwide. The symposium's articles add to the current discussion over the role of international and national law in the age of globalization.
